Network Wiring & Installation Technician – Cybertron (Wichita, KS – On-Site)

Cybertron is looking for a Network Wiring & Installation Technician to help bring our tech infrastructure to life. If you know your way around cable runs, patch panels, and network setups—and you take pride in clean, professional work—this is your chance to join a fast-growing, tech-driven team.

This isn’t just pulling wire. You’ll be hands-on, designing layouts, installing hardware, troubleshooting connections, and making sure everything you touch is solid, sharp, and ready to perform.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Run, terminate, and test Cat5e/Cat6 cabling in office and warehouse environments
Install patch panels, network racks, wall plates, access points, switches, and routers
Design clean and efficient cable pathways by reading and interpreting basic floor plans
Keep all wiring neat, labeled, and documented—no spaghetti nests here
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with basic device installs
Work side-by-side with our techs, operations, and leadership teams to get projects done
Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after every install

What You Bring to the Team:

Hands-on experience with low-voltage cabling and network installations
Strong cable management skills and a sharp eye for detail
Skilled with punch-down tools, testers, drills, and other hand tools
Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and occasionally in tight spaces
Solid communicator who can coordinate with multiple teams
Problem-solver with a "get it done right" attitude
Basic understanding of networking gear is a big plus
Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in both warm and cool warehouse conditions

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
